Complaints are received in the headquarters of KBC Securities N.V. Polish Branch ("KBCSP") at 85/87 Chmielna St. in Warsaw or in KBCSP Outlets during working hours.
You can submit a complaint via all available communication channels (in writing either by fax or electronic mail to the address indicated at the website www.kbcmakler.pl or by other technical means. You can also submit a complaint directly to a KBCSP employee in one of our Outlets).
We hereby inform you that you can complain about KBCSP activities to your municipal or county spokesman for protection of consumer rights or to other administrative authorities, especially the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
