Providing brokerage services is strictly regulated by law, agreements and GTC's. For providing these services clients are charged with fees and commissions defined in the tariff table.

General Terms and Conditions of providing brokerage services

The General Terms and Conditions are a part of the brokerage agreement. It defines rules for running investment accounts and for dealing with orders and their execution.

Tariff of Fees and Commissions

The tariff of Fees and Commissions contains prices of full range of services. It contains among others fees for servicing and running an investment account and commissions for trading securities.

All forms are available in PDF format: agreements, annexes, power of attorney forms and other forms required to conclude, extend or change a brokerage agreement.

Forms of orders and instructions

All forms are available in PDF format: sale order, purchase order, cash or securities transfer order and other forms required.
