The goal of KBC TFI activity is among others creating funds and managing in the purpose to increase value of their assets.

New issues / pre-emptive rights

A company increases equity only for shareholders. They get pre-emptive rights on record date. It is up to investor or sell rights on the market or subscribe new issue.

Tender offers

A tender offer is a public summon to purchase or exchange shares when a shareholder has exceeded or intends to exceed described in law a level of votes.

Splits

Split is made to increase liquidity on the market. As a resut of it the number of issued shares and their face value changes.

Dividends 2010

A part of profit paid to shareholders in 2010. A decision about dividend is always taken by General Meeting of Shareholders.
