Our equity research analysts provide in-depth analysis of companies, industries, markets and economies to assist our clients with their investment decisions.

Equity Research

We cooperate with other KBC Group entities dealing with Central European markets, i.e. KBC Securities USA, Patria Finance in Czech Republic, KBC Securities Hungarian Branch as well as KBC Securities NV in Brussels.

We cover blue chips and selected midcaps in Central Europe, Russia and Turkey. Where deemed appropriate, sector reports are issued in order to give investors a complete sector overview.

Daily - in cooperation with our colleagues in the region a Central Eastern European Morning Call is prepared and 'flash notes', whenever there is a developments that needs one's attention.

Our Team:

Piotr Janik, Head of Research

Has been working for KBC group since June 2008. Previously he was working at BRE Banbk Securities. Piotr covers the TMT sector. In April 2012 he was nominated as Head of Research.

Maja Goettig

Chief Economist and Strategist for Central and Eastern Europe, cooperates with Equity Research in KBC group since May 2012. Member of the Economic Council at the Polish Prime Minister. During 2008-2012 worked as Chief Economist and Director of Economic Research Bureau in Bank BPH.

Paweł Szczepanik

Paweł has been working with KBC Securities since April 2012 as the technical analyst.

Marta Czajkowska

Has been working for KBC group since January 2005. Marta Czajkowska is a graduate of Leon Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management in Warsaw and covers the financial sector.

Lucian Albulescu, CFA

Has been working for KBC group since 2007. Lucian covers the real estate sector and Romanian holding companies.

Cezary Bernatek

Has been working for KBC group since March 2007. Cezary covers the real estate and construction sectors.

Kamil Szlaga

Has been working for KBC group since May 2008. Kamil covers the retail sector.
